Being loved by someone is the greatest feeling for everyone. But when it comes to know that your partner/lover is no longer with you, is called breakup or end of relationship. This unbearable pain seems like heart broke into pieces. At this time People start losing their happiness, they starts thinking that there is nothing left in life. But actually it does not make any sense, Nothing is bigger than life. Now, at this stage most important thing is, people should have focus to move on. But the broken heart feelings don’t let that happened. They just want back their ex/love in life. And this leads them to get obsessed with past. Finally depression come and starts spoiling you. Ways to overcome the depression after breakup

Accept what happened:  

  First thing is people need to accept that relationship is over. Yes it’s hard to accept but it should be. CRY if you want to. Let the tears come out. That makes you feel light and calm. It’s first step towards move on. KILL the uncertainty of to get back your ex. Just Let it what had happened.This acceptance will leads people for recovery.
  Collect confidence:  

  At this time people lost their confidence and hope. Don’t let it happen. Collect all of confidence and find a positive spirit inside you. It’s a time to change life. All you need is kick start to go on. And that’s your inner voice confidence. Take a step forward and go ahead.
  Cut contact:  

  Because of past experience, and the golden memories of romance people gets emotional. And people feels weak and wants to call back or contact to their ex spouse. But if people want to move on then it’s better to cut off contact from spouse. Delete his/her number. Go away from ex’s life. There should be No contact, no talk and no more relation with him/her even not as a friend also.
  Go of anger and hate:  

  Some times there is lot of negative thoughts come into mind of people. Reason behind the breakup might be diverse or if a sudden breakup. Usually broken heart’s people gets frustrate. People do wrong text to their ex (sometimes when they drunk) .Whether ex was good or bad don’t think about that. There is no need to feel anger and hate for ex. Try to avoid these things. Let’s get com over with anger and hate. Whatever was the past just forgive her/him.
  Do something new:  

  This is the time for people to learn something new. Get more focused on future, carrier, and passion also. Go for dance class or swimming (depends on your interest field).Feed the mind something new. Life is about to learn.
  Exercise:  

  After breakup usually people don’t care about their health and personality. That’s what people do unfair with ownself. Instead of doing this unfair torture people should join gym.Wake up early in morning and put headphone with boost up songs for a walk. It keeps you fresh and energetic. Moreover, it enhance the personality at extent level. Meditation is also effective for mind and body as well.
  Stop blaming yourself:  

  Breakup tend people to feel like if that was their fault. Stop blaming yourself for breakup. Don’t think that you have bad luck or god is not doing well with you. People should remember one thing that if they are alive that means there is something good for them in future. Let it go and let it be.
  Stay with people closest to you:  

  Now, most of the people start spending time alone, listening sad music or get locked inside their room. Actually this time people needs emotional support to get stand back on their feet back. Friend closest to you is the best one now. Talk to him/her. Chill out with friends. That keeps you happy and distract from that bad past feelings.
  Focus on targets:  

  People should focus on other aspect of life. Think about carrier, what you want to be? Whether it’s about graduation or internship or any preparation for exam then go for it. Better to have daily schedule for work, study and exercise.
  Go outside:  

  People should go out side for vacations. The place should be new and open where the mind can get new experience with adventure. Here, the new place, new atmosphere and fresh air makes the mind calm and peace. Better to have camera here and click some pictures of this adventures vacation.
  Conclusion:  

  In life everything needs time to get stable. Even a small wound on body also take time to get recover. Life is something like journey and people needs their mate here. Relationship have its own importance in people's life. It's like a support, energy, bless, and love. All we need is to accept it and move on with a positive thought. Life is full of surprises and many other good things. Go and get it.
